As I understand it, the biggest fault of the majority of the home coffee brewers on the market is that they fail to get and maintain the water to the proper brewing temperature, (195 - 200 F).
I can't seem to find any info on the Keurig concerning the temperature it brews at.
Anyone have any info on this?
Thanks.

Depends on the model. The lower end are 192F and the higher ends allow you to pick that or 185F. I'm pretty sure that's what I read when researching my recent purchase of one.

From the info on the B60 model on Amazon. "For full control over brewing time and temperature, the unit allows for choosing from the standard brew temperature of 192 degrees F or a cooler 187 degrees F. "

My Keurig doesn't seem to put out coffee that hot, seems to cool down way too quickly.

I checked my B-60 with a digital candy thermometer and came up with 193F.
I still like my french press, but for a quick cup, I still use the B-60 :D
