Re: What are you reading? Well, after reading about 12 Political books and 5 or 6 history books in a row, I decided to read something that was light hearted/calm my nerves. I'm reading "Crazy From The Heat" by none other than "Diamond" David Lee Roth. It's a fun read so far and I have to say, he writes like he talks, if you know what I mean. Needless to say, the palpitations have subsided and my BP is down. Man, I needed a break from politics. |

Re: What are you reading? Finished Drood....excellent book. Made me run out and buy two Dickens novels. Right now I am reading the Suspicions of Mr. Whicher, which is a true story of the first Metro police detectives in London and the investigation of a murder of a child. Mr. Whicher is the basis for the character Inspector Cuff in A Woman in White by Wilkie Collins and Inspector Bucket from Dicken's Bleak House. |
