After reflecting back on the samples Tom sent, I think the coolest thing was the cinnamon in the Willett compared to the cinnamon in the Booker's. One was from an apple pie, one was from hot cinnamon candy. Both things I've seen in other reviews but not anything I've tasted myself

Great contrast/comparison, Ben. I'm going to have to try them side by side this week.
