Re: Bailey's Irish Cream As stated before it's best on the rocks or Irish Car Bombs* *it's so easy to spot a college student online isn't it lol. |

Re: Bailey's Irish Cream I don't like it plain - too sort of creamy/buttery/sticky coating the inside of your mouth. B-52 recipe 1/3 shot Kahlua coffee liqueur 1/3 shot amaretto almond liqueur 1/3 shot Bailey's Irish cream Carefully layer ingredients, in order, into a shot glass; kahlua, amaretto, then irish cream. |

Re: Bailey's Irish Cream Shot of half Bailey's and half Butterscotch Schnapps. It's called a buttery nipple (save your comments) and they're awesome. |

 Re: Bailey's Irish Cream Quote:
I keep a bottle in the frig so forget the ice even. Winter time I will add a few hits to my coffee - but I'm not mixing the Baileys with coffee: I'm just spice'n up the coffee - :ss Ron |

Re: Bailey's Irish Cream I don't like coffee, so I won't be trying that. |

Re: Bailey's Irish Cream Ok. Here is what I did so far: I tried the Bailey's by itself. It wasn't bad, but too creamy to drink straight. I found something online called an "Irish Float" You put a can of Coke in the glass then a shot of Bailey's. This is very, very good! |

Re: Bailey's Irish Cream My first taste of Baileys was in a "Brain Hemorrhage" . 2 parts Apple or Peach Schnapps , 1 part Baileys floated over the back of a spoon as to make it float in the center of the glass and then 1/2 part Grenadine syrup poured slowly through the center of the Baileys so it comes up in all the little crevices in the Baileys . Kinda looks like a little bloody brain floating in your glass and tastes like candy . You can also substitute red Slo-Gin for the Grenadine , takes away some of the sweetness and adds some hotness . I do now enjoy it occasionally straight . Hagendaz has a Baileys flavor ice cream that I would have to say is my favorite when available . I'm gonna have to try the Irish float . |

Re: Bailey's Irish Cream Sorry you're not a coffee drinker. Bailey's is one of the best coffee creamers ever made. |

Re: Bailey's Irish Cream I'd never had Baileys' till last weekend at my wife's xmas party. Had it in some costa rican coffee.....YUMMY! I usually drink my coffee black and I love coffee, but I think I will always have some Bailey's on hand now....bought some carmel flavored this week and I'm loving it in my coffee in the evening! I'll have to give the bailey's and Coke a try though.... Stomp'N'Rock, Joseph |

Re: Bailey's Irish Cream mmm baileys, good stuff. I forget what I mixed it with the other day, I was too drunk but it was very very good. |

Re: Bailey's Irish Cream I am sipping on some right now on the rocks. This is some pretty good stuff :tu |

Re: Bailey's Irish Cream My Mother-in-law just brought me a bottle of the Bailey's Caramel Irish Cream today!!! I love it!!! |

Re: Bailey's Irish Cream Second for the Irish car bomb! The way I had them was with regular Guinness, not extra stout. You take a shot glass, fill it mostly with Bailey's, top it off with some whiskey (we used Mr. Beam bourbon) and drop it in the Guinness, and tackle that sucker. :dr |

Re: Bailey's Irish Cream One note on the nipple drinks, a dot of grenadine floated in the middle of the Bailey's makes the nipple effect more realistic. Just a suggestion from an old drunk with 40 years experience.:D |
