		I had the throw you in the lake and watch you swim lessons, they worked fine and were free:r

		So it is true, the government can spend our money better than we can. I could have done that experiment very cheaply. Take kid #1 (the one you like) and teach him/her to swim. Take kid #2 (the whiny annoying one) and don't teach him or her to swim. Throw both kids in a pool that is 12ft deep. Take notes on results! :)
