Things that make me go WTF!

This weird bum guy, bought some pipe tobacco and rolled it up in binder paper and is smoking it.

EDIT: Did I mention he was wearing roller blades?

This is Menlo Park. I think the guy was a Vet, since we are next to the Largest VA hospital in Northern CA. It's sad the condition some of our fellow Vets are in, Top.
