		i have a beer dinner tonight, my first. here's the menu, if there's anything that makes you wanna hurl let me know, anybody interested come on down i'll save you a seat.  
	-Eggs and potatoes- potato crisps, potato foam, Serrano ham, fried egg, demi glace, truffle oil Dogfish Head Raison D’Etre -Ahi poke- ahi tuna, wontons, cucumber, spicy Asian dressing Oskar Blues Gordon -Duck nachos- duck confit, white corn tortillas, sour cream, avocado, and pepper jack cheese Cigar City Jai Alai -Baby Backs- beer braised baby backs, white corn bacon grits, pickled red onions Ayinger Oktober Fest-Märzen -Torijja- caramelized brioche, coffee ice cream, plum compote Southern Tier Crème Brulee  |

		Sounds very cool, Richard...interested to hear how that Southern Tier Crème Brulee is as a "dessert" beer.

		The last two courses sound like great pairings.  I have never thought of an Octoberfest with BBQ.  Sounds like a great combo with a spicy sweet sauce. Time to fire up the WSM and get to the liquor store.

		sorry guys  totally spaced, i'll make sure to let you guys know when the next one is, i'm planning for two months from now. gonna take a look at some special releases and start writing a menu pretty soon.
