Famous Smoke Shop Customer Service
 

Bought a Xikar Xtreme 50 Count Travel Humi from Famous as I needed something a little bigger for Epic IV. :D

It was delivered this afternoon around 3:30. I open it up and find a 1/2 inch gouge on the front right corner. I call Famous customer service and have a shipping label sent to me in 10 minutes, called UPS and they came back and grabbed the box. Lisa Bone (customer service rep) was extremely friendly, efficient, and even guaranteed me that she would personally look at the new one being sent out. She also noticed that I order quite a few Famous Nic 5000 Toro bundles from them and then made a comment that I might see a bundle show up for my troubles. We shall see. Just wanted to share this refreshing customer service story. :tu :tu

Thats great. Customer service sells. The older I get the more I see the value in it.

I would expect nothing less from Famous, out of the BIG guys they have always maintained top notch customer service. Glad it worked out:tu

FYI: Lisa Bone is her real name She's a wonderful person that has also been reading every post on this thread.

Yet, there's a dark and dangerous side to her.. Try not to go there. It would be bad.
