Davidoff Winston Churchill traveler

4.5" x 46

I'd never had a DWC before, so I threw one of these in on a C-Bid 'buy it now'.

I gotta be honest, this is a fantastic cigar.

I haven't had the greatest experience with Davidoff, having blind-bought a couple of boxes of their cigars over the years and being quite disappointed. But this little firecracker is a great smoke.

This little cigar has 'The Thing'! That's what I'm calling it from now on. It's a certain depth to the flavor; more of a sensation than an actual identifiable flavor. It's a palate-coating sensation that I only experience with Cubans and VERY few non-Cubans. This cigar has it! A very noticeable sweetness on the draw, The Thing through the nose and on the finish. A bit of earthiness is also on the finish. Around halfway, a noticeable nuttiness on the finish.

DAMN, what a great little smoke! I nubbed this thing down to less than 1". I may have to try some other sizes of this line. :ss
