Never, I was working in downtown Washington DC when 9/11 happened and was able to see the Pentagon burning from our 9th floor windows. It was a very scary day, and I will never forget it!

It looks great! I usually let mine smoke at 160 degrees for an hour and then raise it 225 degrees. I keep it on the Traeger until it hits about 203 degrees.

We tend to smoke a cigar after dinner out on the lanai when the weather is nice. Since we live in central Florida that is pretty much every night this time of year. -(P
