Re: Humidification of New Box of Cigars
Proof is in the smoking. Give one a try and see how she smokes. If they're really at 65, I'd bet dollars to donuts you'll love it way more than you did at 72%!

Re: Help me pick first humi
I strongly recommend a coolidor. You don't need fancy right now, you need reliable and easy storage. Starting out, you should spend your money on figuring out what cigars you like, and biw many you...

I could care less about the blue, and the blacks are ok, but I love the reds. Love them.

				 Re: Travel Humidor
 1. Use the little Boveda packs. Easier for this application.
 2. The Otterbox style (Cigar Caddy/Herf-a-Dor) are just a hair smaller than the Xikar. I recommend them because I think they're more...

				 Re: Xikar Prices
If you watch cbid, you can sometimes get really, really good deals. I got a carbon fiber ultra-slim for $28. But I did watch for four months!

Re: Storing Cigars in Tower Humidor
The only difference is that it just takes longer to equalize the rh inside and for any gasses being released to exit with the lids shut. If you want to age, keeping the boxes sealed will slow the...

				 Re: Liga Privada UF-13
That sharpness sounds like its sick. Ive had that with a few cigars. Give the others a few weeks downtime, and I bet you wind up with that same profile you know and love.

				 Re: New problem happened tonight
Sometimes that happens when a dry cigar is introduced to a wetter environment. The middle burns faster than the outside.

But yeah, that looks like a poor pack to me.

Re: New Air 18 bottle wine cooler
They should fit. I had a 12 bottle which only allowed 2 bottles per shelf, and it was 1/4 too narrow for those trays. So a 3-bottle shelf should've plenty wide enough.

 Just be warned, there's not...

Re: Where to buy a good quality humidor?
I think the simple answer is you can't have both. You either get affordable, or you get quality. You get what you pay for, and if you pay $50-$100 for a humi, it's probably Chinese made, and to add...
