 I started with the CAO and ACID infused cigars. ACID's Blondie or Kuba Kuba would be a good choice if you don't want to go full infused with CAO's Moontrance or Cherrybomb, etc.

 I've had to pull 24hr shifts before with little more than a 6h notice. I agree with the sand behind your eyeballs and the world can be creepily quiet, especially right before dawn.
