Re: BBQ... The real thing

Re: BBQ... The real thing

If you are talking about the outside, that's the way you want it. Those crispy bits have a ton of flavor. If you are talking about the inner part of the meat, you don't want to eat a brisket medium...

Re: What cigar did you smoke today?

I've had way too many Indian Tabac's that gave me draw problems. I have seen that a lot of people like them, but I never had any luck.

Re: What cigar did you smoke today?

I agree about the JJ Maduro Robusto. That is one damn fine cigar.

Currently smoking a La Aroma de Cuba Edicion Especial No. 3 (toro). Not too bad so far.

Re: Favorite Hot Sauces

A few that I use quite often.

Tobasco - Habanero and Chipotle versions.
Magma - Very good for heat, but not much taste in my opinion.
Blair's After Death Sauce - Absolutely fantastic in tuna...

Re: trip to costco

I absolutely love Costco. I shop there at least twice a month. Having a diet pepsi-aholic in the family doesn't help. I had heard that there were some that sold cigars but I didn't know they sold...
