Check out Jetline lighters. Good quality and pretty inexpensive, about $20-$25 a lighter. It's more expensive than a Ronson but a lot cheaper than a Xikar.
Also, my vote is for a CAO :)

Anyone else notice the Tat products from Dupont? Im guessing it will be somewhere in the $400-$500 neighborhood. Another expensive lighter without a case, no less.

There is a woman on youtube named foxxxy something and she uses her breasts to paint and they are nowhere as good as this womans. Albeit foxxxy does somke cigars so she does earn a few cool points ;)

When I had a issue with mine, I was able to return it via mail and then I got a new one and they threw in one of their Esencia cigars. Its the only cutter I use.
