Re: Caldwell & Other Newcomers, why?

Lots of new cigars coming out all time…some stick around some don’t. Caldwell is not new to the cigar game, he was part of the Wynwood team for a while and then created Caldwell after the Wynwood...

Re: Guess the AJ Fernandez Overrun!

This thread was started back in June 2014 so it's possible that RRocket might have received some overruns of the first batch of New Word cigars. I think those were released in July 2014 right after...

Re: Salute To Rush

One of the things that I think is very cool about Rush is the fact that they were able to release the album 2112, and it was successful for them in 1976. I also love this entire album. I think the...

Re: Guillotine, V-Cutter, Punch Cutter

This pretty much how I operate these days. Never though much of the V Cut but then I ended up with one and I really like it on box pressed cigars.

I have a couple punches but don't use them often.

Re: Just got the Thompson catalog in... yikes!

I like to use catalogs from Thompson, CI, JR, Famouse, etc... as fire starters. They burn in purdy colors :)

Re: Humidity: Seasonal Change of rH

Wise words here. With dryer air in the outside environment things are going to be less forgiving if your humidor has any leaks. Very minor leaks are not often noticed if the difference between the RH...

Re: Ice Molds

Re: Calibration of hygrometer

B&M's love these kinds of beads for some reason. In my experience they do not work well. I have found that these always over-humidify. I ditched these and got the HCM beads and have had zero humidor...

Re: Keeping Inventory

I was using Google docs and had a pretty nice spreadsheet going for a while. I gave up on that and now I just hunt through the humidor.

I purchased a Morgan Pipes Blackjack series bulldog back in November and have been smoking the crap out of it! Here is a link to the website: http://www.morganpipes.com/black-jack-pipes.html
