The wife and I smoked a couple and they are awesome. :tu Very nice flavor profile, a little spicey with a lot of floral notes. Can't wait to see how they develop over the next couple of months.

My wife is the foodie and keeps track of the restaurants around town. As you figure out what you're doing and where you're going to be she could probably tell you what is close and good.

From Reagan you can hop right on the Metro and get to most places around town. Look for a hotel that is also close to a Metro station and you should be good. As for restaurants, that would depend...

Personal taste is what really matters and even the experts, which I'm not have, a wide range of opinions on aeration and decanting. There are some people that prefer the pop and pour taste of wine...

Wine aerators are great and we have tried several of these devices and the one we use most often is the Soiree. http://www.winesoiree.com/
The Vinturi works just as well, but I find it a challenge...

The grinder in my coffee pot wasn't pushing grounds through, but it was still turning. Tried compressed air and the pipe cleaners first. White uncooked rice did the trick. It sounded really bad...

Got up late, felt like crap as we partied pretty late last night. Coffee, french toast and sausage for breakfast. Took the Christmas tree down and then a long walk with the dogs and smoked a Dip #5.
