It was a simple recipe:
5 gallon batch
50% 6-Row (I used 5 lbs)
50% Unmalted Red...

It's actually a two-step starter... I made a 1.75 liter and will decant it tomorrow and make a 2 liter out of that.
All-in-all, it's only one package of yeast and 8 oz. of wheat DME for the first...

I swung by Boulevard's brewery Wednesday and had some great beers... most interesting was a test batch sample of what they called 'Hoppy Wheat'.

I'll bring an 8-way manifold too. I forgot about that.

Besides beer, I'm bringing:
1 - #2.5 CO2 tank
1 - Dual regulator
1 - 8 way manifold
2 - 2 tap jockey boxes
1 - half barrel ice tub...

I'll bring a full 2.5 pound cylinder, plus, we will have a paintball cylinder that we can run up to Walmart to refill if needed.
I'll be bringing 2 2-tap jockey boxes so we'll have four taps going...

I moved two over to secondary this weekend.

One is a Session IPA, the other a California Common.
Both will be kegged in time for Shack!

Tomorrow I'm going to brew a Kolsch. It should...
