The reviews that have been comming back say the new one tends to be more true to the book, where as the older John Wayne version was "toned" down for the time as far as the grit part and language.

Did a trial run of the Hot Buttered Rum. Substituted all spice instead of cloves and added a half a stick of butter. Turned out pretty tasty. I'm thinking a little vanilla will put the cherry on...
