			Had a good week last week.   
 
Monday, Nice solid chest work out that made me sore for a while 
Wed, bi's and tri's 
Thurs, shoulders and a little chest 
With 15min on the treadmill thrown in for a warm up 
Tonight will be chest again and maybe some type of arms thrown in.
