I just finished Day 3.  Man, I need to take a ton more breaks than them.  I usually get to about halfway through and I start dieing. I'm hoping as long as I keep at it my cardio will improve and I can get into it.  After the first day I almost puked all over I was so winded from the fit test.

 Still going, it gets better. I am in week 3 and I still take more breaks than they do..especially at the end.
