				 Re: Dry Rub or marinade recipes 
 
			
			This is an approximation for my steak rub, I usually do it by eye:3 parts granulated garlic
 3 parts paprika
 2 parts granulated onion
 2 parts cumin
 1 part black pepper
 1 part rubbed sage
 pinch of salt
 pinch of brown sugar
 
 Sometimes I use savory instead of sage, or both, or add a pinch of curry.
