Had a "blip" yesterday.  I think it was the cheddar cheesburger soup mismarked at Zoup = 225 calories.  The way it tasted must have been more like 1000. 
 
Pre workout last night 220.  Provided the motivation to hit it hard hard hard last night.  Extra 5 miles on the bike, extra 100 push-ups (350 for the day) and ... a point of failure curls session with the hand weights last night.  Normal routine of 150 push-ups, + 60 12 lb curls, 100 squat thrusts and 50 sit-ups this morning
 
After all that 216.9.  Had a 400 calorie soup and salad lunch and hope to get to the 215 level either tonight or tomorrow.  We will see.  Gotta stop getting anxious on the progress of #'s.  It will come, just never seems to come fast enough when you are watching too closely.
