201.8 this past Sunday. A new low for me. Was running like a fiend on the treadmill at the hotel in Chicago. Did 5 miles in 45 mins one day. Got in the zone and kept running.

My neighbor came by my house this morning at 2AM, pounding on the door. Good thing I was still up playing the drums.
