Saw this on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives. Pulled pork pancakes with Jack Daniels maple syrup. A pancake topped with some pulled pork, repeat, then top with another pancake. The maple syrup is made with a thinner syrup than normal, with some JD added, then brought to a boil, and laddled onto the heap of goodness. I'm gonna have to try this soon
