Day 6: 
 
Breakfast:  2 slices of ham on a light multi-grain english muffin:  3pts 
Lunch:  Ham sandwich:  3pts 
Dinner:  Not sure yet  Probably chicken of some sort (gotta talk it over w/ the wife)
