			Question for you guys,  I have been working out again (now that I have time),  My friend and I always have been going higher in weight during reps, example dumbbell press  65*12, 70*10, 80*10, 85*8; now I'm just going 65lbs for all reps. slowly moving up in weight as I get stronger.
