My mother and father-in-law follow the Paleo diet. They love it. We joke that my mother-in-law only picked "this" diet because alcohol is permitted. That sounds like my kind of lifestyle!

I'm looking to make a lifestyle change and I think maybe I'll borrow the book. It makes sense to me that our bodies work better when eating like the cave man.
