Hated to see my Gators play such an undisciplined game. I will agree with Brad to a point, the way Florida played the Louisville game was the collection of all the worst segments we've played earlier in the season. The only difference was we couldn't find a way to win the Sugar Bowl, like we couldn't against Georgia. The other big difference was this was the first time our defense was so porous.
I also think that Muschamp was out coached by Charlie Strong; the onside kick to start off the 2nd half was idiotic. I'm still 100% sold on Muschamp but this was his fist big postseason game and I'm sure he'll learn from his mistakes. Remember the Saban coached 'Bama getting crushed by Utah several years ago??
As for my
on the "not showing up/giving 100%/wanting to win" - these are young kids predisposed to discipline problems! Florida for the first time this season played selfish, talking way too much trash down a couple scores. Florida definitely suffered from a lack of motivation but that's the coach's job to ensure they do. Would Louisville be consistently better than Florida at a neutral field? No way but you only get one shot in sports and that's all that matters.
