Dips
Finished in 10:30 on the dot. Broke the cleans into equal sets of 7, 5, and 3. Did 20+ on all sets of dips. Finished with some bi and ab work then another 1600m row. Off tomorrow to go watch Exoendables 3 with a buddy then bodyweight work on Wednesday.
