The gym was freaking packed today, jumped on whatever I could find available and did a fast and furious back workout.
Neutral grip pulldowns 180, 200, 220, 240, 260
T-bar rows 225, 250, 270, 250, 225
Cable rows 220, 240, 260, 220
Pullups 3 sets
That was it. Arms and legs tomorrow before Xmas dinner.
