			Hopefully I’m understanding this correctly. BCAAs help with muscle recovery?  I’ve been using genius-pre, no caffeine and just started my bcaa. The genius bcaa has caffeine, my fault for not reading it, so I take it after my lunchtime nap. I then take the pre before class at 1830hrs and do some lifting after.
