Congrats, like I tell the new guys at the gym, the more you do it the easier it gets, now I need to start believing that myself
Some mat work this week, still slow and confused
. Did some chest, it was embarrassing shaking and struggling on just the bar weight alone. Tried to see if I can hold pads again, not my brightest moment. Hopefully by next month. Dr says I’m healing but not recovered yet.
