You should try cooking some Discada 

.
Ingredients:	½  lbs Chorizo
		2 ½ lbs. Beef ½ cubes
		½ lbs. Bacon diced
		2  Hot Links 1/8 rounds cut in half 
		1 Smoked Sausage 1/8 rounds cut in half
		2 Beef Franks 1/8 rounds
		3 Tomatoes Diced
		5 Jalapenos Diced
		½ Onion Diced
		Corn Oil
Beer    
Seasoning:	Salt
		Black Pepper
		Lemon Pepper
		Lime Pepper
		Garlic Powder
		Onion Powder
		Cumin 
		Paprika 
		Julio Seasoning
                        Canadian Steak Seasoning
Turn burner on high, put small amount of oil in disco, add chorizo and cook until it comes apart in small pieces. Move chorizo to the sides.
Cook bacon until it starts dripping fat, then move it to the sides.
Lower heat to medium and throw in a handful of onions, when onions start to golden move to sides.
Add deli meats, and cook about 2 min., then move it to the sides.
Lower heat to low, add the beef, some beer and the remaining vegetables, season and cook 8 min.
Mix all ingredients together and cook until done. Stirring occasionally. 
Raise heat to medium to dry Discada.
