That is typically how things have worked in the past. If you had a Opus X account, you received the "special" stuff when they send it to you. There is no ordering for it. I have heard that things might be changing soon, but as far as I know Fuente ships stuff to where he wants, when he wants.
You will pretty much see a LOT of good stuff around Father's day and X-mas though cuz those are a couple of cigar holidays.
