Some guy tried to pull that stunt a few years ago here. He didn't reckon on the 6'6" 360-pound (former defensive tackle) plainclothes city police Captain walking up behind him and sticking a .40cal Glock in his back.

Made for an interesting day, what with police reports and cleaning up the piss stains in the carpet.
