			Glad to see everyones doing well.  
 
I went back to the gym today, speed benching, db incline and a series of different types of pull ups. (wide grip overhand, close grip underhand etc.) 
 
Dokk when I do two a days my appetite goes through the roof.  Usually about 8000 cal and I shoot for 300+grams of protein. If you are going to do this I suggest varying your cardio in the mornings so its not just running, I would add biking, swimming if possible, eliptical, and rowing.
