 at least your deadlifting, most people avoid it because it's hard work. Hard work will get you stronger and bigger.

 Stay off of it as long as ya can Tom. Ya dont wanna re injure or injure yourself even more brother. grab a tennis ball or a lacrosse ball and some icy hot dig into that bastard and slather it up!!! Then take 4 ibuprofen and call me in the morning
