 If you are feeling so out of shape you would be deterred from starting or sticking with P90X then by all means get what you are comfortable with and do it. Make sure you don't get too comfortable with your plan though, make sure you push yourself and set realistic goals that you can complete. If you set yourself up for failure you will get discouraged.
