I figure I am about 8 weeks away from my goal weight then I can start putting the muscle on.  Be weird to go from 1800 or so calories a day to 3,800. 
 
Then no more cardio just hard lifting.  Should all be done August, at which the plan is to be between 12-14% bodyfat and 230lbs
