Man, :eevis, I've heard some great things about your rub & now you're movin' on to horseradish...sounds awesome.  My mom used to make it fresh and my taste for it grew early on.  I even had horseradish eating contests with friends as a kid.  We were crazy like that.  I tend to like creamed horseradish mixed with the fresh so it's hotter.  I love tons of the stuff in my cocktail sauce with shrimp and even more in my bloody mary's!
