I wish this were an actual joke, with a punch line.

However, yesterday I am leaving the foyer at school and I hear a hissing sound.

I turn to see a young man in a wheel chair, doing a wheelie in his wheel chair while hissing and flickering his tongue like 1 million miles per hour and spitting at this girl doing homework.

I had to do a double take and sadly when I looked again, it was still happening.
