				 Quick and easy Turkey Tetrazzini 
 
			
			1 (8 ounce) package cooked Kluski noodles 2 tablespoons butter
 1 cup sliced mushrooms
 ½ med onion  chopped
 ½ cup slivered red pepper
 ½ tsp garlic w/ginger
 1 teaspoon salt
 1/8 teaspoon pepper
 3 cups chopped cooked turkey
 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
 1 cup sour cream
 ¼ cup milk
 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 
 Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
 Melt butter in a large heavy skillet. Saute mushrooms, onion, red pepper and garlic w/ginger for 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper, and stir in turkey, condensed soup, and sour cream. Place cooked noodles in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour sauce mixture evenly over the top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
 
 Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until sauce is bubbling.
