They must be assuming that Chuck Norris is going to stop giving out round-house kicks.
Even the article doesn't give any leads into the increases in what types of cancers will be increasing, if they are all increasing at the same rates, then there is no real link to tobacco use. Also, the most telling line may be about the rising world population, thusly increasing the number of people who could potentially have cancer.
