The Palate
I've noticed that some days my palate is burnt out so i try to rest on those day and not smoke anything worthwhile but there are days like yesterday when my palate picked up on more savory notes and today my palate really picks up on the sugars in the tobacco leaves and makes almost anything i smoke taste amazing. has anyone else noticed changes in your palate from one day to the next while smoking cigars or pipes? This is why it's necessary to smoke 2 cigars when reviewing because of the palate changes i have. Just an observation. Have a blessed day! God bless you!

Re: The Palate
Someone once told me the second cigar you smoke of the day will always be the best.
When I feel burned out (Usually at say the trade show were I am 15 cigars in). I use this: https://smartmouth.com really helps reset.

Re: The Palate
Seriously everything i smoke today tastes amazing. even the cheap stuff gets a 90+ rating from me. this is why i don't review cigars on days like today because it would be the greatest cigar ever made all the time. I love days like today but to review there needs to be more balance to my palate. God bless you all!
