Anyone know Parafumar?

If you know him, I would appreciate a PM. I paid him for some cigars over a month ago. I have tried his email, and no response. Unfortunately he hasn't been on since a few days after I paid him. I have all but given up on ever getting the cigars I paid for. I learned my lesson and will never use P-pal gift again. Well just wanted to get this off my chest so I can start the new year off fresh

I know he is scammer from another sight and supposedly was running for public official. I will try to procure more intelligence for you.

Any reason a known scammer is not banned here? I wouldnt think someone on the "scumbags list" is really going to a good fit for here, then again it is an asylum

Yes, but not if you use "gift" or some of the other methods. Thankfully I was only buying 10 cigars at what seemed like a good price. I am only out about $90. Lesson learned. Unfortunately for him, I have friends who will now have him on their radar.
