Getting certified next weekend.

I am going up to Cincinnati next weekend to get certified as a Spin instructor. Should be an interesting day. It is going to consist of a 9 hour seminar on Sunday. During the seminar we will be doing 2 separate spin classes. Looking forward to it. Anyone else here ever taken a spin class before?

Good luck on the certification....I've attended a few spin classes. Seems like I threw up after the first one. But, I manned up and went back for a few more.
