Yes I have and had nothing but a good experience! Highly recommended!

I have heard some say they wait until the site offers a free shipping promotion to order, as their shipping is reportably high.

used them many times and have always been happy. Good point about their shipping, but most of their box purchase items include free shipping. Their Opus and high end stuff is absolutely ridiculous though....but like everywhere, you can find good deals on certain stuff.
