				 | How to make Nacho's

Preheat your oven to 350. Pick up some good tortilla chips... I recommend On the Border chips if you don't have anything else decent. Get some mexican 4 cheese blend, craft/kroger/meijer, etc... it's all about the same. Then get 2 tubes of chorizo... just plain old stuff don't get anything special / fancy / low fat.... Optional are jalapenos, onions, and tomatoes... Cook the chorizo... - get a baking sheet - lay one layer of chips, so you can't see the bottom - layer a good amount of cheese, you want to cover most of the chips but not have it an inch deep...show restraint! - sprinkle chorizo on top of cheese... - add another layer of chips - add another layer of cheese - add another layer of chorizo - sprinkle just a little bit of cheese around *usually what's left in the bag* - Optional - place veggies except tomatoes on any layer you want.... *but I do'nt do this* Put in the oven until the cheese is melted Take out and enjoy... feel free to pair with salsa's, sour creme, and any other goodies, though this is normally how I eat it without extra goodies. |

This recipe sounds great. But IMHO Sargento has the best mexican blend... the others I have tasted seem to lack any flavor. ( i go through a TON of this stuff, so i have tasted most)

Man I'll just go the mercado and get some cheese. It does sound good though.
