So I'm looking for a new helmet for my bike. The ones that came with it are cheap little brain buckets. I really like the German WW 2 style helmets but I have a large head. Anyone got some advice for what to look for? I don't want a full face helmet. Thanks!

If the bike is larger than a 250cc then I recommend you buy this one for it ..... I'm kidding of course. What bike do you have?

I always liked the styling of German helmets from either WWI or WWII. If you're not worried about having a DOT approved helmet I'd recommend searching ebay for helmets from either war, you're likely to find a large size that way. If you want DOT approved try this site. They have sizes up to 2XL. http://www.leatherup.com/c/German-Helmets/2/178.html

Get a DOT certified helmet. Find something comfortable, it has to work for you. Here is one about your speed!!

$40.00 from a local bike shop. DOT. Paint cost about $50.00 extra.
