Definitely goes good with Cigars.
First time I had it was at the EPIC herf and more than a handful of guys were smoking sticks while drinking it

Yup, serve on the rocks. Not sure on the proof, it has 1-1/2 bottles of 190 proof Everclear and 8 shots of vodka hehe

It is a PERFECT Companion for a stogie. During that night I smoked 8 cigars and finished 2 jars of shine. I love the stuff!
